Stop the snow, stop the snow, stop the snow
It is the time of year where I start wanting a white Christmas... but not until we all make it to Iowa. I left last Sunday, so I've been hope a few days. Coy and Joel were supposed to leave today after work, but beings the snow is up to their knees, they can't even get across town to work... let alone all the way here..... boooo. At least they are driving and not a part of the 4,000 who are stranded at the airport. Maybe we should try to make money on this trip and put out a notice that anyway needing transported to Iowa... can jump in. Coy actually has a co worker who is jumping in with him as she can't get on her flight in time. At least it is supposed to be warm tomorrow and no more snow. The only thing happening here is a whole lot of fog. Oh well, the weather is not what makes it feel like Christmas... it is the anticipation of everyone getting here. The people... and dogs will begin arriving tomorrow afternoon... first with my brother from NC and his wife and their dog.. then my sweetcakes.... Coy boy... then Joel and his dog Meelo. The dogs even have stockings this year. How fun!!!! Hope everyone has safe travels. And a wonderful Christmas. Hey one more thing if anyone is wanting a great paper to read my parents now own the New Sharon Sun and so I've been busy this week helping dad get the articles ready... it's really kind of fun to put together when all of the computer programs are working properly. Call the New Sharon Sun if you want a subscription... or email me for details!!!
