35.5 Weeks

Hi everyone, we hope you are doing great. Today I am 36 weeks in my pregnancy, exactly one month from yesterday was our due date! It is so exciting to be so close.
This picture was taken this past week. My poor shirts are sticking straight out these days... yes mom you were right I am out growing some of my maternity tops. This week I caught a cold unfortunately and so I am trying to fight it off... luckily there is no school on Monday, to observe Presidents Day, so I should have a nice restful weekend.
Coy and I toured the hospital this week. It took us an hour to get there in all the rush hour traffic, it should take about 30 minutes regulary, as it is near downtown Denver, which is very interesting to drive in with all the one way streets. I told Coy he will have to have several routes mapped out, so we can choose the fastest depending on the time of day. It was a beautiful facility and the labor/delivery rooms are beautiful.....they are big and very cozy and were designed to have a spa like feel... how fun right?!!!
We hosted a Valentine Dinner last night for our Bible Study group, we had a great evening together and enjoyed eating soup. We had a nice snow yesterday so soup sounded great, now the temp is to go back up to the 50s, I wish it would make up it's mind.
Yesterday we had an ultra sound as our awesome nurse practitioner wanted to check our little guys position and he is head down and ready to rock and roll!! It was a great treat to get to see our son. What an awesome creation a child is.... all his intricate parts and so finely put together by our beautiful creator.
