40 weeks 6 days

Today we had a Dr. appointment and all went great. Our Dr. is really awesome and was not pushy about wanting to induce and gaves us several options, which was nice. She stripped the membranes today which is supposed to irritate around the cervix area... so that wasn't too bad really. We will go again on Monday and she made an appointment for us to be induced Monday night, or we can wait a few more days but maybe it won't be needed. Luke is just as happy as a lark... so that is the most important thing, that he is healthy and strong. I am enjoying this time to sleep and am still feeling wonderful, not miserable. Coy is probably more miserable than I... he is the sweetest thing... I can hardly get him out the door as he just wants the little guy to be here and doesn't want to miss one thing, which I don't blame him. He should probably be the stay at home parent, he's going to be so awesome for Luke. I've been writing and telling Luke things about Daddy and how excited Daddy is to meet him. We're blessed to have Coy in our lives... I tell Lukie that too!!! He's just the best.
Thanks for all the prayers and encouragment. Luke is rolling around in thanks as I type:) I'm cherishing these last few days that I have just with Luke in utero, this has been one of the best times in our lives!!!
