Light the Night

Last night we attended a walk for leukemia held in beautiful Washington Park, called Light the Night. It was an awesome night. We are very thankful that some of our friends were able to join us along with some of Brenda's friends, Coy's 2 brothers and Jeff's sis in law and in laws. We have such an amazing group of friends here, and we praise God for them!!! Please continue to pray for Brenda. We found out this week that the bone marrow transplant was not a complete success and were offered another treatment. It is tough to swallow, that the options are running lower. We are all very hopeful this will work. I believe in miracles and Brenda has remained mentally and physically strong through all of this, which I think has helped her in so many ways. I know that God doesn't always answer our prayers the way that we think He should, but I hope within my deepest being that he lets us keep her a lot longer. I know He has a plan and my job is to keep lifting her up. If you, my readers would do the same, we would so deeply appreciate it. God is strong and mighty, we know and believe that!!
