our happy kids

We have had a busy month. Emry will be 1 month old on Thursday,here it goes, the time flying by. I had to post this picture of Em in her sweet little flower hat from my mom's Cousin Debi, thanks again Debi for sending it, it's is so cute!!!
Coy's fam came for New Years and everyone got the stomach flu, which they may have gotten from Luke who started throwing up on the car ride home from Iowa. Emry was spared from the stomach flu, but got an awful cough that had us very scared, as she had so much flem that it made it hard for her to breathe. all this craziness had me breaking out in an awful case of hives that spread all over my body and then started swelling up on my eyes and lip, so I went to a Dr and had to get steroids, benadryl and zantac and finally got it under control, so no dull moments for us.
There is not a lot of other things going on. Coy has to go out of town this weekend, so his mom has been here since New Years helping us out, it's been a big help.
We will be on our own soon, but it seems that we are all getting into a good routine together, and Emry is a super good little girl and sleeping in 3 and 4 hour stretches at night at times, so that is helpful to mommy, i've even had them napping at the same time many days, so i get a nap too... yeah for me;)
