Dear One Year Old

Dear Sweet One Year Old Boy, I am proud of you son. You are very sweet, you have a sensitive, caring heart that I pray you have your whole life long. It seems your mission in life at this point is to hug my at least 5 hugs a day and to say "ball" one hundred times, which is a wonderful purpose for a sweet little boy. You light up a room with your big brillant blue eyes. You are learning so much, it seems overnight you learn things, you can sign milk, star, you can pant like a doggy and meow like a kitty. The other night I was preparing supper and glanced over my shoulder in the living room to see that you had gotten out a book and you were looking at it. Your cheeks were all pudged out and lips were pressed together as you were deep in thought. I love your thinking face...it's so serious! I could sing a million songs, write a million words, fill a million rivers and never begin to be able to explain how deep I love you. Your heavenly Father loves you more than that, it's really very awesome!!!! Remember last night when daddy and I were playing MarioCart and you saw the duck on the TV, you said DUCK! That was awesome. You amaze me. You always will. God made you very special, never doubt that sweet baby boy of mine!!! I love you Luke David McLaughlin!
