Yes, It's True!!

Coy,Luke, and I are excited to let everyone know that another little one is joining our family!! We are expecting a baby December 6th! It's been a lot different the second time around. I felt sick with Luke, but not like this. I felt great by 10 weeks with him, but this time I have felt sick starting at 6 weeks and still feel it some at 13 weeks... I'm ready to get this first trimester over and start feeling good... at least I'm hoping I will. We are all thinking it is a girl, not that we don't want another boy, but for some reason our toughts are pulling us that way. I think it will be a big surprise for Lukie, as I'm sure it is for any little kid to have a new baby in the house. At first I almost felt guilty for having another baby, like maybe it would ruin Luke's life, but I know my brothers have always been my closest buddies and I hope Luke will always feel that way about his sibling. He loves other kids, so I think he will have fun being with the baby.
We've spent a lot of time with family the past few weeks. We were in Iowa for about 10 days and then we just got back from 5 days in Wyoming. We've had a great time, but I'm finding once we are home in Colorado, Luke is still wanting to be held and gets kind of bored with just me. In Wyoming it is very wild as there are 4 other little ones... 2 of the four are only 2 and 3 months older than Luke, it was great to see them interact, and play or squabble a little, but not too much.
I'm finding it more and more fun to be around people with other little kids, as it is very entertaining for Luke. My sister in law kept commenting on what a busy little boy Luke is... maybe a little like mommy and daddy... always wants to be doing something or looking at something, and just trying to figure things out. He's a "curious little George" as I like to say. He continues to amaze us.
When we were in Iowa he kept showing my dad the sign for fish... as dad has a tank outside of goldfish, and he wanted to see those. It is awesome to see him communicate. He is such the joy of my life, along with Coy of course;) I could just look at him all day and kiss him. He's a wonderful little boy. I can't wait to have another way to pour more love on and watch them grow and learn together.
I'm super glad I could tell everyone about our baby... it's hard to wait and keep a secret!!
